Our Expertise
Curtis P. Kraushaar, principal of SCMC, has over 30 years’ experience in construction, development and project management for such renowned international corporations as Marriott, Office Depot, McDonalds, Carl’s Jr., Panda Express, and others. All total, Curt has managed and overseen over 2000 commercial and industrial development projects!
As an entrepreneur, he has also owned several businesses, including a dealership for pre-fab steel buildings and a mortgage brokerage. Serving as a member of the the City of Nogales Planning & Zoning Commission, Curt brings unique insight about all local projects and legislation.
Curt and his family purchased a second home in Nogales in 2001 to escape the searing summers of central Arizona and to be close to the Mexico they love. They relocated here permanently from Scottsdale in 2006…and have never looked back.
